Terms and Conditions
Fraser Vet Physio is dedicated to putting the welfare of their patients at the forefront of their care and providing high quality treatments all times. By confirming your booking, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions which are stated below:

A Veterinary Referral Form (VRF) must be completed prior to any treatment. This is in agreement with The Veterinary Surgeons Act 1996, specifically The Veterinary Surgeons (Exemptions) Order 2015 which states that a Veterinary Physiotherapist can only treat animals by veterinary referral. The VRF only needs to be completed once.

All VRFs, client consent forms and treatment notes will be stored digitally and manually for 7 years.

Treatment fees are payable at the end of each session by cash or by card. Future appointments will only be made once payment has been received.

Many insurance companies will reimburse costs for veterinary physiotherapy and hydrotherapy. However, it is advised that you check your policy before booking an appointment. Fraser Vet Physio is not liable if you are unable to claim back the cost of treatment via your insurance policy.

A full 24 hours-notice of cancellation is needed, or you are liable to pay a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of your session. 24 - 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% the cost of your appointment. Missed appointments must be paid in full. Please call us on 07531232297 if you are unable to attend your appointment.

We reserve the right to cancel your appointment and will inform you as far in advance as possible if this is the case.

When using any offer or promotion, this must be mentioned and discussed at the time of booking. Any offer or promotion can be withdrawn at any point by Fraser Vet Physio.

The owner must ensure that their animal is clean and dry for their physiotherapy or hydrotherapy appointment.

Fraser Vet Physio will ensure that all prospective clients are fully informed on any and all travel costs. Travel fees are charged at £5 within 10 miles of Ruddington (NG11 6ED) and £10 within 10-20 miles. Distances will be calculated according to the faster travel time distance on Google Maps, disregarding any routes that include tolls.

Initial consultations will be charged at £65 for 60 minutes, follow up physio or hydro appointments will be charged at £35 and combined physio and hydro sessions will be charged at £65. All payments will be taken on the day of, and prior to, treatment. Payment can be made by cash or card; cheques and BACS are not accepted.

If your animal is suffering from a contagious disease, you must cancel your appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, ear, eye and skin infections, gastric upsets, kennel cough, worms and/or fleas. The animal can only continue physiotherapy treatment when the animal has been cleared by a vet.

Animals must be up to date on all vaccinations. Please be prepared to show vaccination records.

We reserve the right to take photographs and/or video footage of your pet throughout their treatment for our records. If you would prefer not to have your animal photographed for any reason, please notify us at the start of your appointment.

Fraser Vet Physio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any treatment if any of the above Terms and Conditions are not adhered to, or if they feel that treatment would put themselves, the animal or anyone else at risk.

This information allows Fraser Vet Physio to ensure that its site is user friendly and efficient, whilst also enabling us build individualised exercise programmes and treatment schedules for each patient.
A Veterinary Referral Form is required prior to any appointment or treatment taking place. We can send this to your vet directly or you can download a copy and return the completed version to us (at least 24 hours before your appointment).
